Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Libereos, Inc., a Nevada corporation doing business as “LendingGenie” (“LendingGenie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the LendingGenie website, platform, and related services (the “Service”). LendingGenie is business credit intelligence software. We are not a lender, loan broker, credit repair organization, or consumer reporting agency.

1. Information we collect

• Account & identity information you provide — such as name, email address, phone number, business name, and login credentials.
• Business & credit profile information you connect or authorize us to access so we can display your readiness picture — including credit and related data obtained from consumer reporting agencies and commercial data providers via soft inquiry with your authorization. Reviewing your own information through the Service never triggers a hard pull and does not affect your credit score.
• Payment information, collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, features used, interactions with AI features, IP address, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Communications — messages you send to support, survey responses, and, if you opt in, SMS preferences.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see Section 8.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service — including your readiness analysis, lender-fit matching, strategy roadmap, education content, and AI features.
• To create and maintain your account, process subscriptions and trials, and send transactional communications.
• To personalize your experience and develop new features.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• With your consent, to send marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations — e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tooling, payment processing, and credit data providers.
• Data sources you authorize — when you connect a third-party data source, we exchange the information needed to deliver the Service.
• Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LendingGenie, our users, or the public.
• Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Credit data

Credit information displayed in the Service is retrieved with your authorization, via soft inquiry, for your own review and education. We are not a consumer reporting agency; the Service does not furnish consumer reports, and information from the Service may not be used to determine any person’s eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment. We do not make credit decisions, broker financing, or guarantee any funding, approval, or score outcome.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and audit requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, email support@lendinggenie.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers; commercial information; financial information; internet activity; professional information) from you, your authorized data sources, and your devices, for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the service-provider categories in Section 3. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. You may exercise your rights to know, delete, correct, and port through the contact above, including through an authorized agent with proof of authorization.

Other U.S. state laws

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Utah) may exercise equivalent rights, including the right to appeal a refusal, by contacting us at the email above.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality. Because there is no industry standard, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice by email or in-app before the changes take effect.
